This week, Ira Sternberg spoke with Journalist Valerie Miller.
Valerie Miller is a journalist based in Southern Nevada, and writes for media outlets including Bloomberg News, the New York Daily News, the Henderson Press and BLVDS Magazine.
A University of Nevada, Las Vegas graduate, she was previously also a reporter for the Las Vegas Business Press and the Las Vegas Review-Journal, and contributed to the Agency French Press.
Miller was recently named the Small Business Administration Nevada’s Michael Graham Entrepreneurial Spirit Award winner, and she has won journalism awards from the Nevada Press Association for her coverage of the local business community.
She was previously honored as the Outstanding Journalist for Nevada by the Nevada Press Association, as well as being named a “Leading Ladies of Las Vegas” by Las Vegas Woman Magazine.
