Skid Row co-founder, bassist and songwriter Rachel Bolan will perform with the group, along with Kix at Cannery Casino Hotel’s “The Club” on May 13.
Known for their musical rebellion and high-energy sound, Skid Row hit the heavy metal scene in 1986 and enjoyed major success after releasing their first certified multi-Platinum album “Skid Row.” The album included Top-40 hits “I Remember You” and “18 and Life.”
The band’s second album, “Slave to the Grind,” included the hit single “Monkey Business” and reached #1 on the Billboard charts.
In 2013 and 2014, Skid Row released the first and second chapters of its “United World Rebellion” albums and is currently working on the third and final chapter of the collection.
The band’s lineup includes Rachel Bolan, Snake Sabo, Scotti Hill, Rob Hammersmith and ZP Theart.
