This week, Ira Sternberg spoke with comedian Jackie Fabulous.
Jackie Fabulous is headlining in the Comedy Cellar at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino through August 4.
In this 30-minute episode of Talk About Las Vegas, Fabulous talks about about becoming a lawyer, but then deciding to become a comedian (and not planning for it); structuring her comedy to be relatable; why Eddie Murphy was her number one role model; and her decision to expand her career into motivational speaking.
Fabulous is a global touring comic and performer who regularly entertains military troops. She has opened for Drew Carey and Mo'Nique, and produces and stars in her own comedy shows around Hollywood.
She has been a co-host for “Brides Night Out” featured on NBC's “I Do.” Fabulous has appeared on Bill Bellamy's “Who's Got Jokes?” For TV One, MSN's “Kitchen Cook Off” and “South Land, “and can be seen in several national commercials.
