Sternberg’s career includes decades of professional broadcasting as well as public relations, writing and communications. He is an inductee in the Nevada Broadcasters Association Hall of Fame. He also is host of “Ira’s Everything Bagel,” (https://iraseverythingbagel.com/) schmeared with intriguing people who talk about their passions, pursuits, and points of view.
He previously hosted a long-running weekly talk show, “Las Vegas Notebook.”
Ira is president of IDS Creative Communications, Inc. a public relations and consulting firm. He also served as vice president of communications and community relations for the Las Vegas Hilton for five years..
Prior to joining the Las Vegas Hilton, he was deputy chief of staff and director of communications for Lt. Gov. Lorraine T. Hunt.
Prior to that, he was was director of public relations at the Tropicana from and had served as director of marketing for the Downtown Progress Association.
