This week, Ira Sternberg spoke with Jeffrey Bryan, bringing “The Totally 70s Show” (starring The K-Tel All-Stars) to Notoriety Live in Neonopolis, July 6 at 7:30. In this episode of “Talk About Las Vegas With Ira,” Jeffrey talks about why the 70’s were a unique blend of songwriting, vocals, lyrics and production; how he came up with the name for the group; why he wanted to create a rock concert that was an immersive experience; and why everyone in the band has to be a lead singer.
Jeffrey Bryan is a composer, singer, keyboard player and guitar player. He sang live on the Merv Griffin Show at the age of 15 and was producing music for local shows including the "Not Too Young For Prime Time Players" at the Roxy on Sunset. After being signed to A&M (Almo-Irving Publishing) as a staff writer, Jeff continued to grow as a musician & performer. He has formed many pop rock groups including the SunLions, with whom he recorded two albums and performed in numerous venues, opening for Classic Rock Artists such as E.L.O. and Great White.
He is currently Keyboardist for the band SURVIVOR, past Musical Director and Keyboardist for Clive Farrington (When In Rome), playing with The K-Tel All Stars and world reknown percussionist C.G. Ryche.
